Software Licensing is based on a defined 'User' model. versaNote is available free of charge so there is no restriction on the number of users.

Users are granted permission to use the application, typically these are staff or anyone who needs to use the application as part of their day-to-day activities.

A valid installation is defined as: One database instance of the application database and one installation of the application on a single server. Should you require more than one instance of the database and/or application please contact us.
